What are the best food cans you can have

Today I'm going to tell you about what are the best can food you can have. Can food are for reserved because the can foods can last for 1 to 4 years, I recommend not opening the cans if it's not an emergency. Also, can foods have nutrition facts, it's where you can find the ingredients list, expired ration date.

The best cans food you can have are beans, tuna, salmon, vegetables, and fruits. Canned beans have protein, carbohydrates, and fiber especially if you need those. Canned tuna and salmon have a high protein, it can also reduce your risk of heart disease. Canned vegetables provide a variety of vitamins and minerals. Canned fruits fruit canned in syrup, just rinse it before eating.

Athletics day 2020

Today I'm going to tell you about what we did yesterday. Yesterday is an athletics day I belong to Riroriro which is a blue team. There are 2 options to pick on what are you going to do in athletics. If someone picks social there are going to the sideline because they can only watch the competition. There's another one to pick in athletics and it is competitive, If you pick competitive you can pick 5 events in athletics. I choose 100 meters, 200-meter sprint, High jump, Shot put, and Discuss. In athletics, the first event is Discuss the next 200 Meters, 100 meters Shot put and the last one is High jump. Also, I was asked to kahui leaders join the relay after my 100-meter sprint, When it's 1:50 P.M I was asked if I want to join the relay team and I said yes.

In athletics, I show the carr values in athletics day.

Commitment- I try my best in all my events.
Achievement- I beat my last shot put throw.
Resilience- Not giving up.
Respect- I respect others in athletics day.

Building our Well being

In the past several weeks we started building our well-being whare. Wellbeing whare is you put your answer in each well being. The well beings are Physical, Mental, Social, and Spiritual they represent as walls for the whare. Also, there's a roof and a foundation in a Whare including the well being cause it's only for a wall in the whare. Foundation means on what you desire and the roof is for happiness which is you don't need to put anything in the roof. A physical is where you put your sport, training, and something to be healthy. Mental is related to what things will make you feel cool when you are angry. Social where you put your family members, friends, something like that. The last well being is spiritual, It's like what you believe for example You believe in God/Jesus or what color is your soul.
