To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Kumusta Joseph,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Susie and I am a member of the Summer Learning Journey (SLJ) team.
Well done on completing this very first activity for the program! I can see that you have tried your best to put these facts into your own words - ka pai.
I am from Korea and we used to have snakes in the mountains behind my apartment. It is pretty scary, huh? Now I am lucky to live on a land free of snakes. New Zealand is home to several species of lizard but not a single snake - YAY!
Speaking of NZ forests, I found out from another student's blog that only 5% of NZ's population is human and the rest are animals. I thought this was pretty interesting and mind-blowing.
I am looking forward to blogging with you this summer Joseph :)
Take care,
Susie
