What I love about chess
Today I'm going to tell you about what I love about chess. Playing chess with a friend is very fun because it can be very intense. Also, playing against a computer is kind of fun when it's a higher level than mine. My friend Axle likes chess than anyone else. I also join a chess tournament this year and I won 3 times, 3 lose, and 1 draw. The players in the tournament are very good too.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing more about your passion for chess! I sometimes play chess, but I don't think I am very talented. It is tricky for me to see ahead to the next move and have a good strategy. I remember I had a great teacher in Year 4 who spent a term teaching us all how to play chess and we had tournaments with each other. He loved chess and shared his passion with us, that is how I learned to play.
Congratulations on your winning in the competition! Maybe you could include a picture of this to your blog post?
